Cause and Effect and a New Year Celebration Giveaway

Who loves a giveaway? I need something to get me going on this super cold morning!! I'm thrilled to be joining up with Holly from Fourth Grade Flipper and Joanne from Head Over Heels for Teaching to help them celebrate 1,000 followers!!

I LOVE reading these ladies' blogs, so when I was asked to join in on their giveaway I was floored! I've learned so much from both of them!
You can head over to either of their blogs (Holly or Joanne) to enter today's giveaway. While you're there be sure to enter the giveaway for the $50 Amazon Gift Card (can you say mentor text shopping?!) and the Classroom Friendly Pencil Sharpener.
Today you have a chance at winning some great products from two of my favorite 4th grade bloggers: Hodges Herald and Fun in Room 4b! I've also donated my Cause and Effect Differentiated Interactive Notebook Lesson (try saying that 3 times fast!).

I immediately knew I wanted to donate this product because it has been my favorite lesson of the year! I'm pretty sure I learned just as much from this lesson as my kiddos did!

This lesson really lets the kids do all the work!

Here's a shot of a completed page from one student's notebook. After the initial sort we had a great class discussion and added in all the notes on the page.

There are three different levels of difficulty for this activity, so it is easily adaptable for all the different learners in your class.

If you'd like to read more about this lesson and the other cause and effect activities we did along with it you can check out this blog post

Good luck and thanks for stopping by!!
