I'm always anxiously awaiting the monthly Monday Made It linky! I'm happy to report that I've had motivation time to create a few things, so I'm link up with Fourth Grade Frolics to share.
I made a Subject-Verb Agreement version of my very popular Inside Outside Circles game. You can click on the picture below to check it out.
My kids love playing this fast paced game that sometimes creates some silly sentences and more than a few giggles!
I've always been an early Christmas shopper. I've already got a pretty good start on my list! Since I started sewing I love to give handmade gifts, so I've been working on a few of those as well. Some I can't show until after Christmas, but I feel okay about giving you a sneak peek on this one. It will be part of a set of throw pillows, but this is the only one I've finished so far.
Speaking of sewing, key fobs are one of my favorite things to sew! My old one was starting to show it's age, so I decided to whip up a few new ones. I like to have options when deciding on a new key fob...lol!
Now, these two key fobs need homes! I love to make these to give as coworker gifts, so I thought I'd give this set away to one of my blog readers. You can keep one as a treat for yourself and use one to mark off a gift on your list! Just use the rafflecopter below to enter the giveaway. (US residents only, please. I can't ship overseas.)
I am still amazed at your sewing. I just love the denim stuff. I'm still coming to steal your blanket from you. I would say that would be my favorite thing to give my coworkers, but I'm selfish and want to have it for myself. I normally give homemade sequined ornaments. They are about the only crafty thing that I make well at Christmas time.

I like to give gift cards or fun and creative school supplies. LOVE your key fob!
ReplyDeleteAhhh, Subject/Verb Agreement, definitely a skill that needs practice. My 5th grade kiddos still struggle as well. I'm pinning your game so I'll remember to come back to it. I found you through the Monday Made It linky!

Your key fobs are cute!
ReplyDeleteI like to give my teamies something for their classroom.
I have made them clipboards and magnets.
My favorite gift to give to co-workers is something that I have made myself. I love to see the expression on their face when they see it. When I make something, I try to use something that is their favorite thing to make it even more special. I have made clothespin magnets for the classroom, decorated pens, and decorated binder clips as well.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite gift to give co-workers is chocolate! We always need some yummy chocolate!!

Every year we do a Secret Santa exchange amongst the staff. One of my favorite gifts to give (and receive, too) is homemade gifts like baked goods, ornaments, etc.
ReplyDeleteMy current most fav gift is the tumbler cups with a sweet magnet or message all tied up with a pretty ribbon.
